We appreciate and value your business and will always work hard to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We understand shopping online can be difficult at times. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned (exceptions are listed below) for full refund or store credit with original receipt within 14 days of purchase (in store) or from the date the parcel was delivered (online orders). Store credits will be issued in the form of gift cards for returns with Gift Receipts and returns after 14 days and up to 30 days with original receipts.
Customers have 48 hrs from purchasing or receiving the shipment to notify us by e-mail or phone about any defects or missing parts of the products.
All refunds require that the item be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, and with all original parts and accessories. Any missing or damaged parts are subject to restocking fees (see bellow).
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Online purchases returns: Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Insurance and tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping. We will refund the cost of the product plus tax. For all returns including orders that qualified for “free shipping”, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted.
Original boxes must be wrapped for shipping, no tape attached or writing on the original box.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping, please email us at info@pinkyblue.ca to get a return authorization.

  • Breast Pumps and accessories
  • Car and booster seats
  • Furniture
  • Shipping and gift wrapping charges

We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.

Administration fees
Some returns are subject to restocking fees, to cover for packaging, inspection, reordering of missing and damaged parts and restocking.
The restocking fee may be waived (if return criteria is met) when exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Furniture Returns
All furniture, including cribs, changing tables, and high chairs are non returnable (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt). We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase - please be sure your selection meets your expectations and always measure your space before ordering.
Once the furniture item has been shipped, even if you have not received it yet, you are responsible for round-trip freight costs and a restocking fee if you decide to refuse delivery.
If the furniture item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return or replacement. All returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging. After 14 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on furniture for any reason; we will, however, send replacement parts for manufacturer defects outside of the 14-day window.
 
Gear Returns
Please take special care when trying out your gear purchases. We cannot accept a return on any stroller that shows signs of use.
When opening your gear package, try to do so without damaging the box. Also, be sure to hold onto the box and packaging until you've decided to keep your purchase. Original packaging is required for any returns.
When test-driving a stroller, please do it indoors on a clean floor. Try pushing it on different surfaces such as carpeting, tile and wood floors. Until you've decided to keep your new stroller, we recommend against taking it outdoors, as this will dirty the wheels and prohibit a return.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fees, to cover for packaging, inspection, and repackaging.
An additional 10% fee will be charged for damaged or missing packaging.
If we assembled your gear at no charge a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund. (In-store purchases only)
