How to Enter:
Go to our Facebook page and upload a photo of your child aged 0-4 years, wearing a Halloween costume, along with your name, child's name and age, and your email address. Your photo will be published on Pinky Blue’ Facebook page. Ask your friends and family to vote by "liking" the photo of your child on Facebook (they must like the fan page first in order to like the photo). The Photo with the most "likes" by October 31, 2010 will win!

Grand Prize:

One pair of Pediped shoes and 3 pairs of babylegs.

Pediped shoes are available in sizes from 0-6 months to 10.5. Your choice is subject to our in stock availability.

Eligibility:
Photo must be of your child 4 years old and younger as of October 31, 2010. No professional photos can be submitted.
You must be a natural person legally residing in, and physically located in Canada or United States, 19 years of age or older and willing to have your photo featured and published on Pinky Blue’s website and Pinky Blue’s Facebook page, in connection with, or to promote, the Contest.

Rules:

• All photos must be received by 11:59pm PST on October 31st, 2010. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Only one photo per child and only one "Like" (vote) per person per photo.
• The picture must include your child 4 years and under! The photo must be your own photo and not the work of a professional. The winner may be asked to provide additional photos when claiming their prize.
• Photos must not contain material that violates or infringes the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
• All entrants agree that their submitted photo can be displayed on Pinkyblue.ca.
• The winner agrees to have their name, likeness, and photo published as the winner of the Pinkyblue’s Halloween Photo Contest.
• The prize is not exchangeable or refundable for cash.
• Pinky Blue is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries. Nothing in these Contest rules obligates Pinky Blue to publish or otherwise use any photos submitted in connection with the Contest.
• The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to the photo with the next highest number of votes.
